I Can't Decide

An employee at my local coffee shop spotted a good-sized spill on the floor under someone's chair. He queried customers about the liquid's origin, but no one had an answer. So he bent down, dipped in his finger, and took a taste.

Which brings me to my question: is he over-dedicated to his job or under-evolved?
