Salt in the Wound

It's bad enough that Ticketmaster has a monopoly on ticket sales for most major venues in the United States, allowing them to charge over-the-top prices for one of the smallest-overhead, least-complicated services on earth. But then they laugh in your face with their "screw you suckers!" fees. We just bought tickets to see Alejandro Escovedo and here's the receipt:

Tickets (Alejandro Escovedo)
Full Price TicketsUS $10.00 x 2
Total Building Facility Charge(s)US $1.00 x 2
Total Convenience Charge(s)US $5.25 x 2
Order Processing Charge(s)US $3.30
Will CallNo Charge
TOTAL CHARGESUS $35.80

How long before they make you pay to pick up your purchases at Will Call? And while I could save money by spending an hour going down, buying the tickets in person, and then coming back, they still charge you $4 for fuck you of it!
