Damn! London is Expensive!

E______ and I arrived here a few days ago and the exchange rate just is unbelievable. Plus everything costs so much. A basic meal at a pub and a couple of pints easily sets you back $45 or more. The only thing that's relatively cheap, so far, is internet access. You can get an hour for a little more than a buck fifty.

Still, we're having an amazing time exploring a place that is so damned tied to a history of colonialism. It's everywhere!
